Marvel at this; 1 - Shot 949 in the 1st squad, not happy; 2 - Was not sure whether he should reenter but does in the 3rd and final squad; 3 - Starts out red hot with games of 268 and 300; 4- Throws the front 5 no taps, got real excited and nervous, throws back to back splits and shoots 208; 5 - With the pressure on and needing to shoot at least a 220 game, Darrell finishes with a 222 and wins the Barbers Point Tourney worth $1309 and $100 for the 5 No Taps. Great bowling from Darrell and when asked what special plans he had for his win, he says "Yeah, give'um to my Wife". Well said young man, take it from us old guys, we know ..........

Chris "Scuba" Takahashi is Hawaii Region's first Lifetime member. Hawaii now has 5 Lifetime members, Ray/Pearl Sedeno and Leo/Mona Harris, who earned their lifetime membership from our parent organization in Puget Sound, Washington. For all of our members who aspire to establish their lifetime membership, you would need to refer 5 bowlers to the Tour and those bowlers will have to bowl in 3 tournaments. Once a lifetime membership is earned, that members $25 annual dues is deferred a lifetime. A litte incentive for all of our members.
