It took 2 years for Paul Salevski to win his second title and he did it in grand fashion. In fresh oil and a clean backend it was lights out in the 1st Squad. We had four (4) 1100 scores posted in the 1st squad and that set the bar high for other bowlers to catch. Paul has been with the tour for 3 years and bowls at Hickam and he needed to be at his best because on his tail in the first squad was DTL (Daniel Toyooka-Lim), Mike Asuncion and Mike Signaigo. Paul was Mr. Consistency and he had to be with DTL shooting back to back 300 games; Mike Asuncion bowled great but came up exactly 10 pins short; HBS (Hawaii Bowling Supply), Mike Signaigo started slow but finished fast and he too, was just short.
Asked if he had any plans for his $1,120.00 winnings, he simply said “Vacation with the family on the Big Island”. Paul used a Colombia 300 Enigma, drilled by Roy Yamanuha at Ft. Shafter Pro Shop. He thanks his friend Steve Clouse for helping him out with the new equipment and to the 9 Tap Tour for the "Great and Fun Opportunities" in putting on these tournaments. Congratulations Paul!...[See Full Results]
