Bowlero Paradise
Nov. 22nd, 2025

Total Paid Out: $12,804.00

Wrap Up

This week the 9 Tap Tour traveled to Bowlero-Paradise.  An awesome 205 bowlers weathered a typical Washington Saturday, paying out $12,804.00 that pushed the 2025 Tour to a new milestone...$600,000.00 in payouts. Far surpassing last years total payout record of $561,697.00. The cool weather seemed to "cool down" scores today as only one bowler was able to break 800.  We paid out 41 spots on the Cash-List, with a low 'Cut-Line' at just 671.

Many bowlers were trying to improve their position in the Bowler of the Year Standings. Saturday was the last day to earn points and several bowlers definitely climbed up the list. Final positions will be revealed Dec. 14th at the Year-End Championship & Awards.

The 9-Tap Jackpot, continues to hold bowlers at bay.  Two Members had the chance to make a dent in the ever growing beast...just missing the Middle-7. Both Mike Miller & Issac Joseph had a shot to their last throw, but inevitably the pins did not fall in their favor.

Marilou Aninion and Troy Bailey took advantage of the opening, taking the Consolation money with the Front 4-Taps, yielding $150.00 each. The Jackpot will have $9available next week.

Hitting Title #15 in Thang Duc Thai's long career, was a nail biter.  Thang maintained his top spot since squad #1 with the only 800 shot all day. Scoring an outstanding 844, he set the bar high for others to catch, but no challenger appeared, leaving him with a massive SIXTY-ONE pin margin of victory!  He wants to thank Robert Kelley from Secoma Lanes for drilling his ball and the continued support from his brother Huyen Thai for bowling with him every week. He intends on using his 1st place earnings of $2,365.00 for presents for the family and future 9-Tap events.  Already #4 on the Tour's career prize money list, the Hall of Fame bowler now totals an impressive $70,029.00.  He works in the Casino at Roxbury Bowl in South Seattle.

2025 HOF nominee Walt Dalrymple shot a great 783, trying to catch up to the #1 spot. He has shown his toughness this year battling several injuries, including those caused by the Snoqualmie Pass car accident which happened on his weekly drive from Moses Lake to a Tour event.  Walt earned himself a nice $1,081.00 check for his 2nd Place effort.

Rounding out the Top 3 was Robert Galdo. First joining the Tour in 2024 and bowling infrequently, Robert has been competing more lately, since son Mark became one of the Tour owners.  He's struggled at other Bowling Centers, but LOVES Paradise... his only TWO Cashes so far have both been at Paradise with his first being a 1st Place and now a 3rd Place.  Sounds like "GO BIG or GO HOME"!  He shot an amazing 759, earning him a hefty $548.00 to put in his pocket.
We will be at Secoma Lanes next week November 30th, with squads at 10:00, 12:00, and 2:00. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and thank you from Rob, Shellie, Karen and Mark.
