Kenmore Lanes was up to the challenge Saturday, with a House Record SMASHING 225 Entries, 45 Members reaching the 'Cash List' and $15,581.00 Paid-Out!!   Miraculously, the 9-Tap Jackpot escaped intact and with a new Record size for next week, $12,626.00.  We had so many strings of 9-Taps and 6 of 7 hit, we lost track of them all, so we appologize if we missed yours.  The massive assault began immediately in the first squad and continued all day.  Oscar Gestoso had the Front 6 of 7 that included the Front-4, but Jinsun Kim had 6 of 7 that included the Front-5.  In the 2nd Squad Mary Bridgman started with the Front-6 Taps, giving her the 'GOLDEN SHOT'... a dream ONE BALL for roughly $10,000.00.  She admitted that she was very nervous... Who wouldn't be!  Sadly Mary came up short on #7, settling for the $750.00 Consolation.  Then in the last squad it was Red Mateo stringing 6-Middle Taps also giving him a shot at $750.00... shot #7 looked good, but it left one too many standing.  Despite the big payout, the Jackpot still grew thanks to the huge turnout.

1st Place - After the last couple of weeks where we had 'run-away' wins, Kenmore was a nail biter, with Jeff Price coming through in the last squad to win his 3rd Tour Title, this one was by just ONE PIN!  Wearing his Dexter SST6 shoes, Jeff scored an amazing 834 for a extra large payday of $3,232.00 bringing his career earnings beyond the $10,000.00 mark to $10,180.00.  Jeff wants to thank his ‘partners in crime’, Willie Manning Jr, Jay Burdine, and Stephanie Perrine for cheering him on.  Jeff said he has no particular plans for his earnings but he loves cooking, eating, traveling, and is learning to play golf, so maybe his winnings will contribute to the things he loves. 

2nd Place - Eric Dietsch came within ONE-PIN of becoming the first Champion in years to Win on the first day as a New Member.  Eric scored an 833 for $1,006.00. The Kenmore bowler clearly found the conditions to his liking! 

3rd Place – Kare Tong scored an 827 for $712.00 bringing his career earnings to $11,313.00. The Tong Family was well represented on the 'Cash List' with Kare in 3rd Place, Kris in 5th & Kannha in 25th.
