Well today was the end of an era at Bowlero-Acme. Tomorrow they will begin removing the standard 10-pin machines and replacing them with the new USBC Certified String Pins. Next time we visit be ready for the new look and challenge.

Earl Kleist finally gave the 9-Tap Jackpot a big "punch". The Jackpot looked like it was
going to win the battle again this week holding bowlers to the front 3. Late in Squad 2 Brett Harrison gave it a big run stringing the front 5. Squad 3 brought out the fire in Earl, throwing a split in frame one, he buckled down and was able to string the next seven to win $750.00 for his efforts. This is the hightest payout in quite a few weeks. Who will become victorious against the 9-Tap Jackpot next.
Another 1st this weekend, Larry Dunson shoots his 1st 9-Tap 300.
Congratulations to Gavin Chan on his 2nd Title since joining the Tour. In June Gavin fell a little short finishing second. He claimed his first title in March 2024.
Gavin says he was going to take a break from 9-Tap for a bit but then decided to come out and give it a shot. After bowling the second squad he was ready to call it a day, but with a push from his friends he decided to bowl the final squad and boy did it pay off, $2,573.00 worth. His 844 was definitely a step up from his first try. Gavin plans to use his winnings to visit the Disney World over the holidays.
Congratulations to one of the newest members to the Tour, Alex Logsdon. In only his third event, Alex's 800 earns him $1,139.00 for his second place finish. He is definitely someone to watch out for.
Rounding out our top three is, Jr. Sabado, shooting 785 to claim $579.00.
