What a great weekend at Paradise Lanes, as 172 bowlers showed up almost hitting our max of 180 this weekend. 
The scoring was once again spot on as we had 3-800 series and a low to cash of 690 in 34th place.  We would like to congratulate two bowlers cracking the career $10,000.00 mark.  Donnie Roberts who won last week at Tech City reaches $10,063.00 career earning and Kare Tong, with his 13th place finish breaks it at $10,112.00.  Great job to the both of you.  

The 9 Tap Jackpot again avoided any damage as Red Mateo was high this weekend with the front 4 Taps, taking home a nice extra $150.00.  Its not saying that there were no chances once again as Jason Hummel had 6 out of 7 taps and a total of 9 taps in a game, but was derailed in the third frame.  With our little boo-boo this weekend, we ran get the front 2 for $10.00 once again.  This week 34 bowlers took advantage of the extra $10.00 with two bowlers, Red Mateo and Tina Tran hitting it twice.  The 9 Tap Jackpot is getting close to record levels standing at $9,995.00.  

Our champion this week is Bobby McKenzie, getting his fourth title and second at Paradise Lanes.  Lacing up his Dexter the 9’s and using his NU Blue Hammer ball, Bobby fired a very nice 836 series.  Bobby was just on fire, but says bowling with his good luck charm, son Zach, helped him along the way.  Bobby also reached the $10,000.00 club with this win at $10,542.00.  Asked what his plans with his $2,222.00 winnings are, he said more balls and paying bills. Bobby would like to thank his son, Zach, and Jennifer Mcintosh, Eddie Burdsall, Lisa Seirfert and Ashley Kochel for cheering him on.  Even with his win this weekend, Bobby states that he still needs more practice.

Putting it all together on his 3rd entry of the day, Samson Ibale comes in 2nd place.  He got locked in firing a nice 809 series.   Samson has been on fire lately, almost making the cash list every week.  Samson takes home a very nice check of $999.00. 

With 1 title to his belt, and coming back to the tour after 1 year off, Ron Barker takes home 3rd place.  With his return, Ron fired a huge 808 series, just falling a little short in his third game that could have got him his 2nd title.  Ron takes home $518.00.
