Secoma Lanes - Federal Way, WA
January 23rd, 2016

Total Paid Out: $8,236.00

Wrap Up
ALL bowlers will likely say that they strive to have that day where almost every shot we take brings the right result, lots and lots ofstrikes...Right?  Well, Tony Eigenseher had that day on Saturday at Secoma Lanes where, with the 'Best 3 of 4' format in play, we could've thrown out any of his games (including a 300) as any combination of three out of his four scores wouldv'e won easily.  Yes, Tony did his best Superman impression on Saturday, even leaping & bounding into the building with only a few minutes to spare as he was running late and feared that he wasn't going to make it on time.

What a great turnout it was this week as, with 134 entries, 28 bowlers made their way to the Cash List.  There were EIGHT ties on that list, including a tie in the last spot which added an additional Cash spot.

FOUR bowlers hit the front four 9-taps earning $100.00 each in consolation as the Jackpot jumped to $7,702.00 for our next Tour stop at West Seattle Bowl IN TWO WEEKS!  The Progressive Pot also went up to $2,062.00 which makes for the potential of a BIG check for our winner at WSB.

Glen Brown (795) was our early leader and said before leaving "Steve, there is no way that score holds up!"  Then there was Patrick Robbins(814), Kenny Burnside (811) & Eric Smallman (801) putting themselves in positions 1-2-3 as the Final Squad got underway.  With Eigenseher showing quickly that the title was going to be his, Santos Saloy and James Strand were also 'in the zone'.  Perspective - The only problem with these two being in the zone, was that Eigenseher's 'ZONE' was more in 'Cosmic' arena as they were more in the 'Atmospheric' arena.

3rd Place ~ Santos Saloy - A Tour member since 2008, Santos has proven himself to be an impressive bowler.  He won at Roxbury Bowl back in 2009 and was in pursuit of his 2nd Title this week, only to come up a little short.  $438.00 for 3rd Place!

2nd Place ~ James Strand - James remains on a roll as this 2nd Place finish, coupled with a Doubles win earlier in the month shows that his game has really improved in recent weeks.  $841.00 for 2nd Place!

1st Place ~ Tony Eigenseher - Nothing more to really say that wasn't said above...Tony crushed it this week as he wins his 1st Tour Title!  He used his Brunswick 'Mastermind Einstein' ball drilled by Scott Halvarson at Mean Dean's Pro Shop at Bowlero Lanes.  Tony said that he'd won another local bowling tournament recently and that this week's 9-Tap Tour win actually earned him over 1,000% more money as he earned $1,852.00 and plans to share it with his daughter, Liliana!  As Tony reflected on his day, he said "I'm really glad that I stuck with the 9-Tap Tour.  It truly is fun!"  Congratulations, Tony!
