Join The 9-Tap Tour!!

You've checked the Web site, read the rules, and now want to join the 9-Tap tour. Here's a little checklist FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) to go over if you want to join:

1) Still have questions?? Either e-mail us or call us direct at 253-987-7975.
2) I want to join at the next tournament site. How should I go about doing this??
     - Print out our application form, fill it out, bring any proof of average (copy of league sheet, etc.)
       and your membership cost of $25 to the tournament site. Our staff will gladly sit down with
       you and go over the information for approval. Please arrive at least 1 hour early! Before you can print
       out our application, you need to have the Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed on your machine. It's free and
       fast! Download Acrobat Reader. Once you've downloaded the Acrobat Reader, click here to view and
       print our application document to be filled out and turned in.
3) I want to join right now! How should I go about doing this??
     - Print out our application form, fill it out, get any proof of averages (copy of league sheet, etc.) to send
       in with application along with a check/money order for our $25 membership fee. Before you can print
       out our application, you need to have the Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed on your machine. It's free and
       fast! Download Acrobat Reader. Once you've downloaded the Acrobat Reader, click here to view and
       print our application document to be filled out and send it along with your average proof and
